Do you sell directly to the public?
Our
mission is to sell through our dealer network, and to fully support
those dealers in growing their sales of our services. To
sell directly to the end customer is counterproductive to that
mission. All retail inquiries are referred to a dealer near the
customer’s location. If no dealer is available in that location, we will sell directly to the customer at our
full suggested retail prices.

Who
can become a Legacy ImageTM dealer?
Our branded services are
sold through a network of finer studios and shops. We reserve the
right to control the number of dealers in a given location to provide our
dealers with a certain degree of exclusivity. You must hold a valid
business or sales tax license and your business must fall into one of the
following categories appropriate for the line of services you wish to sell:
photography or art studio, gallery, custom frame shop, jeweler, gift shop, home decor or
interior design firm, scrapbooking store, photo/imaging lab, clothier/boutique.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as company checks or
money orders.

Who is "The Art Department" and
should I deal directly with them?
We are represented in the fine arts market in portions of Michigan and
Ohio by an artists' agency called "The Art Department" located in Farmington
Hills, Michigan. They are enabled to make commitments on our behalf,
set up dealers, and take orders. They serve mainly to represent us
within a very specific market, but if they've contacted you on our behalf,
you are free to work with them just as you would directly with us.

Do you sell your Christmas Ornaments
year round?
Yes, we do. Although they're seemingly a seasonal item, we find they
sell well throughout the year.
